Here is another old building that looks a bit similar to yesterday’s kiln. This one is a much older building. Sunnidale Station hasn’t been used as a train station for many years. I remember it over thirty years ago and even then, it was unused. Now it is on privately owned land, perhaps used for storage. The track lies just behind the station and was owned by CN. A train owned by Barrie-Collingwood Railroad still runs a few times a week. Because the the track is so antiquated the train crawls along at a snail’s pace. The original track was laid in the early 1850s.
